My Brightest Diamond will be in Der Rathskeller on February 5th at 9:30pm!

I hope you are as excited about this as I am.  My Brightest Diamond is the project of Shara Worden but she will be playing as a trio for this show.  MBD is an accomplished and amazingly talented performer with a haunting voice and lingering lyrics.  She has released two full length albums, a remix and was featured on the compilation cd “Dark was the Night” with other Indie favorites: Grizzly Bear, Spoon, Beirut and Arcade Fire.  She has toured with some of the best bands today including The Decembrists and Sufjan Stevens.

Pitchfork described her best when they said, “It is, though, impossible to miss her confidence as a performer and it allows her to tread territory that would make others look clumsy, to string together multiple moments of beauty.”
