We had an urgent announcement that needed to be released as soon as possible. Why is this so urgent? Well, the show is coming up very soon and you all must attend, but also because the show is Kitty Pryde at the Memorial Union Bash, and we are PUMPed!

Kitty Pryde is another Youtube wonder, since she gained a substantial amount of attention after her Youtube video “Okay Cupid” was released. She then began to perform in front of live crowds, doing what she does best- rap. The beats in Kitty Pryde’s songs are even in the background, which allows her flow of words to create movement in the rhythm. Each word is connected to the next as she raps about anything and everything a young girl is thinking about. She grabbed the spotlight from The Rolling Stone, where the article “Kitty Pryde Makes Live NYC Debut” captured one of her first performances and stated, “she disarmed the crowd, and perhaps her own nerves, by relating charming stories of her life and rhymes.”
